A supporter of Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Santa Chidi has publicly threatened Justice Haruna Tsammani over the LP candidate’s case at the Presidential Election Petition Court sitting in Abuja.

Obi in his case at the tribunal led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, alleged that the 2023 presidential poll held in February was rigged against him in about 18,088 polling units aside from alleged overvoting that took place in some parts of the South West.

This is coming after the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC Chairman, (INEC) Yakubu Mahmood, on March 1st announced Bola Tinubu as the president-elect with 8,794,726 votes, while Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi of the PDP and Labour Party were said to have scored 6,984,520 votes and 6,101,533 votes, respectively.

On August 1st, the adoption of the final written address of the legal representatives of both INEC, Obi, and President Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima and the All Progressives Congress was heard with Justice Haruna Tsammani, adjourning for judgement.

Awaiting judgement, the staunch supporter of the Labour party and Obi, identified as Harry of Milan on Twitter, sternly warned the judges to not allow themselves to be compromised.

Sharing a photo of the judge’s family, Chidi wrote: “Hello Justice Tsammani! I know people will say this is blackmail or whitemail or LGTV mail, I don’t give flying hoot. This is to let you and every judge on the PEPT Panel know that if you get compromised, lemme [sic] reserve my thoughts,” he tweeted.

“DON’T LET THE DEVIL USE YOU AGAINST YOURSELF cos the implosion go loud,” he concluded.
