Kelly Khumalo lashes back at critics after singing gospel music half-naked [video]
Popular South African singer and dancer, Kelly Khumalo has lashed out at those who criticized her for performing on stage, a gospel song in a skimpy outfit.
TopNaija reports that Kelly Khumalo was called out and faced heavy criticism on social media after singing a Christian song while dressed in half-naked clothing.
Most of the critics expressed their anger as they stated that her outfit is against the Christian religion and code of standards of dressing and she should have worn a modest outfit instead.
A Twitter user with the handle @wonderfultshepo commented, “What impression did she intent by dressing as such? Is this the new Gospel? What manner is this? So much is telling about our society by her conduct.”
Reacting to the insults and heavy backlash, Kelly, in a recent interview with Daily Sun heated the flames as she revealed that the next time she performs the same gospel song, she would perform naked instead.
The singer was quoted as saying; “Prepare enough space in your paper because next time, I will be literally naked singing the same song, so f**k you and your haters.”
