“I like my new look, I might become an Alhaja for real” – Actress Mercy Aigbe says
Mercy Aigbe, Nollywood actress and wife of movie producer, Adekaz has stated that she is considering converting to Islam, and to be referred to as an Alhaja.
In a post on her Instagram page on Monday, July 4, after gushing on her new mode of dressing, Mercy Aigbe stated that she is considering becoming an Alhaja.
According to the mother of two, she is enjoying her new mode of dressing and may ultimately decide to become an Alhaja.
In her words,
“Let me not lie, I am enjoying this new Hajia looks
I might just become an Alhaja for real, the thing is sweeting me 
but o ma le di e jare! At the end we serve one God 
”

This is coming after the actress, Mercy Aigbe caused a buzz on social media months back after she revealed her newly adopted Muslim name.
The actress took to her Instagram page to post a series of photos of herself rocking a covered outfit like a Muslim lady.
Capturing the post, she wrote;
“And she shall be called MINNAH…”
