How naked man was found dead inside car in Lagos

A strange and unsettling incident unfolded in the Isheri, Olowora Road, Ojodu Berger neighborhood of Lagos on Thursday, leaving residents and passers-by bewildered.

The lifeless body of an unidentified man was discovered inside a car in the area.

According to an eyewitness who spoke to journalists under the condition of anonymity, the man was found unclothed in a black Toyota car. His lifeless body was found stretched across the front seats of the vehicle, with his head resting on the driver’s seat and his legs extended onto the passenger’s seat.

Eyewitnesses reported that the man was not recognized as a resident of the area. Furthermore, there were no visible signs of violence on his body, leaving the cause of his death a mystery.

Another resident, who also spoke to journalists, revealed that although the deceased was not a known resident, some local street vendors claimed to have seen him frequently in the vicinity. The resident explained, “We woke up to find his body lying unclothed in the car. There were no signs of violence on his body. It is difficult to determine the cause of his death; speculation is the best we can offer.”

The lifeless body, along with the car, was later evacuated from the scene by officers from the Isheri Divisional Headquarters. They subsequently transported the body to a nearby general hospital morgue.

When contacted, a police officer at the station informed journalists that the body had been taken to the General Hospital and advised further inquiries to be directed to the State Police Public Relations Officer, Ben Hundeyin. However, attempts to reach Hundeyin were unsuccessful as his calls went unanswered, and messages remained unanswered at the time of this report.

The mysterious circumstances surrounding the discovery of the deceased man in the car have left the community perplexed. As investigations continue, residents eagerly await updates from the authorities in the hope of unraveling the enigma surrounding this unusual incident.
