Popular Ekiti chef, Damilola adeparusi, best known as Chef Dammy has been gifted N1 million by a Nigerian businessman.
This cones after the businessman has offered the said sum of money over the much criticism the Chef had to endure.
Recall that the Chef was severely trolled after a viral video of her buying roasted corn in a public setting – along the roadside.
As the video made waves on social media, the millionaire businessman known as fekomi, decided to shut up the critics by giving the chef a million naira.
“Tag her let me send her a DM. N1 million for her. At least una go fit keep shot,” the businessman wrote.
Although some netizens thought the businessman was chasing clout, photographs of the chef carrying a N1 million check proved them wrong.
