Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Erica Nlewedim has given her take on why men find it difficult to open up about their mental health.

Erica Nlewedim took to her Instagram story, where she narrated a picture of how the world laughed and turned into memes the face of iconic male celebs who once let out their emotions out in the open on certain events.

The reality show star stated that the world laughed at International stars the likes of Kanye West, Tyrese, and Will Smith when they broke down in public because of their mental state, daughters, and cheating wife respectively.

Following this, Erica Nlewedim opined the fact that many men tend to bottle up their emotions because of social outcast.
