Interested candidates must:
- Hold a masters degree in electrical engineering.
- Have not less than 10 years’ experience in electricity generation and distribution and street lighting design and installation and must have been the design engineer for at least 2 urban streets or highway lighting projects in the last 6 years.
- Be fluent in English and/or French Language and have working knowledge of the other
- Have had at least 3 years of experience in Sub-Saharan Africa.
