BREAKING!!! Gunmen Murders Imo State Judge

The chairman of Ejemekwuru Customary Court in Imo State, Nigeria was murdered while presiding over a court session by gunmen who arrived on motorcycles.

The killing caused panic in the community and resulted in the immediate end of the court session.

The chairman was a law graduate from 1991 and his death is still unclear as of the time of reporting.

The Owerri Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association confirmed the killing and plans to communicate their actions in regards to the incident.

The police spokesperson for the state has not responded to inquiries.
