BREAKING: Tinubu stands stronger in 2023 presidential campaign

The case brought against Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to disqualify him as presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) 2023 polls has been cancelled by a federal high court in Abuja.

The dismissal was made through a statement by the Director, Media & Publicity, APC Presidential Campaign Council, Bayo.

According to further reports, for the past weeks, the courts has refused to disqualify Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu despite several cases brought against Tinubu and this includes actions Alliance, for being frivolous, lacking in merit and abuse of court processes.h

The latest is the fourth case to be dismissed by the courts in recent weeks.
