Asake’s Concert: Mayor Of London Sends Comforting Words To Rebecca Idumelo’s Family

One of the women identified as Rebecca Ikumelo  who was critically injured during the crowd crush of Asake’s concert at the Brixton 02 academy on Thursday  had died at the hospital this morning.

Further reports proves that specialist officers are continuing to provide support to the  family of the mother of two.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has expressed his sadness over her death.

Khan, on his Twitter page, extended his condolences to her family.

He wrote, “I am heartbroken by the tragic death of Rebecca Ikumelo, who has very sadly died following the awful events on Thursday night in Brixton.

Asake also composed comforting words for the death of Rebecca.
