Amber Heard set to sell Elon Musk gift to fund debt to Depp

Amber Heard is never done being on the news, is she? Or rather, the news isn’t done following her every move.

According to the reports circling around the media the space, the Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom actress has encountered a lot of financial troubles that now requires her to trade off an Elon Musk gift to fund money to pay off ex-husband, Johnny Depp.

This comes after the actress lost her defamation case against the Pirates of the Caribbean star in the recently concluded trial.

With the actress set to pay the Depp a fee of $10 million dollars in punitive measures, Heard is said to be considering the sale of an expensive gift given to her by ex-boyfriend, Elon Musk.

The two were in a relationship shortly after her breakup from Johnny Depp, with Heard reported to have received quite a few gifts from the Tesla and Space X founder.

One of those gifts is said to be a Tesla Model X car.

The electric vehicle can reportedly travel 628km on a single charge and boasts of 1,200 horsepower.

Despite it being quite a beast of a car with its size, it can do 0 to 100km/h in 2.1 seconds and has a top speed of 250km/h.

Though it has been debated if actually she bought the car herself judging by her status as an actress who could afford it, but her relationship then with Musk, begs a few to consider it being a gift from the billionaire.

The jury during the course of the defamation trial, ruled that a 2018 Washington Post editorial that Amber Heard had published, did defame the character of the Pirates of the Caribbean star.

It remains to be seen how the entire case ends seeing from recent actions that the Aquaman star intends to pursue an appeal.
