The Ghana Football Association has said that the Super Eagles of Nigeria are “little babies” forming big boys.

This was gathered by TopNaija.ng on Thursday, March 24, amidst preparations for what promises to a big tussle between two football giants, the Black Stars of Ghana and the Super Eagles of Nigeria on Friday, 25th.

While interviewing the GFA president, Kurt Okraku, he said in assurance that his country will claim the victory.

Okraku rooted strongly for the Black Stars saying they must stand pridefully against the Nigerian team. he said, “It’s that time of the year where every Ghanaian will have to stand up and be counted. It’s that time of the year where our country’s pride is at stake”.

“It’s that time of the year where Ghana must be at the Mundial, but before we do that, we have a common foe, the Super Eagles of Nigeria. They come across as our little babies, but they pretend to be the big boys.”

Tuesday, March 29, 2022 has been slated for the 2nd leg of the game at the MKO National Stadium Abuja.

Nigeria’s Sports Minister, Sunday Dare, later in his own interview said, the Super Eagles “will beat the sh*t” out of Ghana.

“We’re not going to play a draw in Ghana, honestly. We’ll beat the sh*t out of them,” Dare said in a video that has gone viral.

“These guys should just go out, there’s insurance to their next match. There’s insurance there and there’s insurance here.”
