Viral female Gokada rider gets a car from Kokun Foundation
A female Gokada rider, Sandra, who went viral after her passionate appeal to the Lagos State government has touched the hearts of many including popular philanthropist, Adepeju Olukokun who gifted her a brand new car to start Uber business.
Sandra was at the forefront of the Max and Gokada Riders protest. She revealed the staggering amount she is potentially earning daily, working as a Gokada rider, as a
Speaking to Newsmen during the protest, she claimed to be a student of one of the polytechnics in the country and said that she makes about N20,000 daily from being a rider with Gokada.
Lagos state government earlier announced its decision to implement the ban on Okada and tricycle taxis in 15 local councils from February 1.
Kokun Foundation reached out to Sandra and gave her a brand new car after hearing her touching story.
