Tunde Ednut reacts after Davido announces retirement from music

Popular Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, best known as Davido has stated his desire to quit the music business.

The Unavailable crooner made the announcement on Thursday, May 9, after he was called out over recently doctored photos and videos of him by some blogs.

TopNaija reports that the singer took to social media, stating his plans to leave the music industry for good after his next album, since that’s what the haters wanted all along.

In his words;

“Y’all really want me out of the game that bad? Okay, after the next album. I’m done. so you all can have peace.”

However, in reaction to Davido’s comment, one of the singer’s close acquaintances, and blogger, Tunde Ednut, took to his Instagram page and wrote;

“You guys need to give Davido a break. He’s not finding all of this funny anymore. Mental health is very important”

“Drop some words of encouragement for Davido! He can’t leave now”

This comes right after the 30BG boss stated that since he entered the music industry, most of his colleagues never had peace of mind.
