Tony Tetuila confirms lawsuit against Wizkid for copyright infringement
Veteran singer, Tony Tetuila has filed a N30m copyright infringement suit against Wizkid and DJ Tunez.
The You don hit my car crooner, Tony and Ghanaian singer, Tic Tac, are suing Wizkid because his single “Gbese” produced by DJ Tunez, has some content from Tony Tetuila and Tic Tac’s 2004 “Fefe Na Efe” hit song.
Tic Tac had earlier hinted of a possible suit if necessary steps were not taken. As it appears there is still a legal battle brewing as the veteran singers have now sued Wizkid.
