Afrobeat singer, Sun Kuti has recounted the life lessons he learnt from his legendary father, Fela Kuti.
The youngest son of the pioneer shared how his dad used to give him ‘frowning lessons’ when he was but a child.
Taking to his Instagram page, he claimed that his father had told him that he was always in the habit of wearing a smile and that life needed frowning.
Seun, who has learned the lessons well from his father, said that when he frowns now, nobody can march his glare.
He wrote:
“Fun fact. My dad used to give me frowning lessons. He said I was always smiling and life needs frowning. Abami. Utoo much. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. When I frown now ehn no body fit stand the eyes.”
