The Apostle Suleiman Saga and the Accused
It’s no longer a story but this time a controversy escalating to huge proportions regarding the Apostle Suleiman saga and those who were named and shamed in public light.
It all started when a blogging report allegedly from Gistlovers mentioned the Nigerian clergy man, Apostle Suleiman Johnson of having affairs with random women.
The report became a controversy when the random women mentioned turned out to be Nigerian celebrities of Nollywood fame particularly Mercy Johnson, Halima Abubakar, Shan George and many others.
The allegations reported these stars of at one point having an affair with the popular pastor who was described as having slept with the stars.
A few of the celebrities mentioned chose to stay silent on the controversy whereas many others chose to clear the air either in denial of the report or to condemn the blogger in general.
One of them is Nigerian actress, Destiny Etiko who chose to break her silence after her name was mentioned as one of those to have a sex-capade with Apostle Suleiman.
Etiko chose to reply to allegation on her Instagram page penning a backlash at the blogger in reaction.
“It’s sad when they kick dirt on your name with the same shoes you gave them.” she wrote.
The trending allegations is an unexpected wide fire started by Gistlovers that has stirred online conversations so far, and it is unclear if there stands any truth or justification for the reports as so far, those mentioned have responded negatively to it in denial.
Queen Nwokoye is one of the Nollywood celebrities to respond to the controversy as her name was mentioned likewise, penning a short paragraph on her social media handle along with a video to talk about the wide fire topic.
Some other names mentioned by the report are popular stars like: Mercy Johnson, , Daniella Okeke, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde and so on.
