Rivers state jetty fire takes lives of pregnant woman, several others
An early morning fire which started at about 2am at the Bonny-Bille-Nembe Jetty in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has allegedly taken the lives of a pregnant woman, a two-month-old baby, and two others on Monday.
Also, over 40 boats were burnt in the fire said to be caused by persons who attempted to load illegally refined products popularly known as kpofire in the local parlance
Victims which include both males and females were terribly burnt and lots of lives lost at the incident.
