Opeyemi Falegan Debunks Rumor Of Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor’s Separation With Wife
Nigerian politician Opeyemi Falegan has debunked the rumor of ex-CAN president, Oritsejafor’s separation from wife.
Opeyemi Falegan, the ex-lover of actress, Nkechi Blessing, has spoken out concerning the rumor that the 25-year marriage between the former president of CAN and his wife, Helen Oritsejafor, has hit rock bottom.
It was earlier reported that social media went into a frenzy after reports claimed Mrs. Oritsejafor had left their matrimonial home with their kids and moved to the United Kingdom.
According to the rumor, the divorce was on grounds of infidelity.
Falegan, who is the brother of Mrs. Oritsejafor, has come out to debunk the news. He also dismissed claims of infidelity in the marriage. He wrote;
”My sister is not divorced and will never be Divorced this claim is without evidence” as some media outlets framed it, Before you share a story kindly spend a moment evaluating the evidence. Attaching our family name( falegan) to infidelity is not only disgusting but abhorrence and totally unacceptable, Falegan families are known for their strong moral principles.
I Support good journalism but I will criticise stories that are poorly researched or downright misleading. Use your media literacy to discern and amplify truths that are backed up by good evidence, Kindly desist from further lies . – opeyemi david falegan . However, a check by TopNaija revealed that Mrs. Oritsejafor was conspicuously absent from the week-long celebration of her husband’s 50th anniversary as a clergyman in November this year.
Several clergymen, including Pastor Adeboye and his wife, attended the event.
Usually, Mrs. Oritsejafor would sit close to her husband on the pulpit, but during this year’s celebration, she was conspicuously absent and was absent from church activities for a while.

On the days of the week-long anniversary celebration for her husband and his church which started Nov 6-15 2022, Mrs. Oritsejafor continued to hold her daily live prayer sessions, which she calls ”Command The Day” on Facebook.
Her image was also conspicuously absent on the flyer announcing the church program.
Pastor Ayo, Mama Helen or the church are yet to make an official statement on this development.
