The trial of the controversial cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye, famously known as Bobrisky, took a significant turn as Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos reserved judgment until April 9, 2024.

The judge’s decision came after Bobrisky pleaded guilty to a four-count charge of abuse of the naira and money laundering, as per the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Additionally, Justice Awogboro ordered Bobrisky to be returned to EFCC custody pending the final judgment, adding to the intensity surrounding the case.
