Jude Bellingham and Family Reportedly Want Liverpool
With the way the stories are going, it is definitely one day, one Jude Bellingham story reporting on his links to Merseyside giants, Liverpool in the upcoming summer transfer window.
Liverpool’s quest for a new high-profile midfielder is no secret at this point in time considering the middle of Jurgen Klopp’s team has become an area that has attracted quite a lot of criticism this season. It is something however that makes the club a victim of many transfer rumors.
From being linked with Moises Caicedo to Aurelien Tchouameni and Morocco star midfielder, Sofyan Amrabat, the consistent story so far has been Liverpool holding an interest in Jude Bellingham since last summer window.
Jude Bellingham however has become the profile player that clubs like Real Madrid, Manchester City, Chelsea, and even Paris Saint Germain have attracted interest in.
But from the recent reports, it appears Liverpool holds the upper hand in the hunt with the player’s agent and family rumored to be favoring an interest in Jurgen Klopp’s team ahead of a potential move to La Liga with Real Madrid.
According to Christian Falk:
“It’s getting closer and closer. You heard the news today, you will have heard that Bellingham and Liverpool are very, very close.
“There have been many, many talks. His father Mark, mother Denise and agent Mark Bennett are really focused on Liverpool.”
According to Fabrizio Romano on Klopp’s interest in the England international, he states about the German’s reported links with the Germany national team and the Jude Bellingham interest on his social media handle stating:
“Jurgen Klopp was never keen on being appointed as new Germany manager. He’s 100% focused on Liverpool now, already discussing new signings with the board and insisting for Bellingham.
“Klopp and Liverpool board will also decide together on player contract situations.”
On Paris Saint Germain interests, the Italian journalist reports that;
“PSG appreciate Jude Bellingham but know it will be difficult to enter the race now.”
“Liverpool are still pushing for England’s World Cup star, while Chelsea, Man City and Real Madrid are also still in the race”
