Jesse Lingard Reacts To Piers Morgan Uncensored

If there is anyone that should know a thing or two about how crazy the behind the scenes life of football is, then its former Manchester United player, Jesse Lingard, who like Cristiano Ronaldo has had his own fair share of behind the scenes problems at the Old Trafford club prior to his exit from the club.

But unlike the acclaimed 5 time golden ball winner, Jesse Lingard did not go on air to ditch to the media the behind the scenes troubles at the club prior to his exit, which compared to Dean Henderson and Paul Pogba, has to do with Lingard wanting to keep the relationship positive.

In light of the Ronaldo and Piers Morgan situation, Jesse Lingard now of Nottingham Forest has shared his thoughts on the issue surrounding Cristiano Ronaldo of Manchester United’s most recent interview.

This week, Ronaldo gave an incendiary interview to Piers Morgan in which he attacked the Glazers, Erik ten Hag, the Carrington facilities, Gary Neville, and several other subjects.

Supporters and pundits alike have differing opinions about his direct words.

Lingard has now disclosed that he dealt with his “personal situation” at Old Trafford in private.

“It’s his situation, you know what I mean? I dealt with my own situation with the club (Man United),” he told talkSPORT.

“Also we kept it behind closed doors. Still ended on good terms, of course, I still support the club.

“That’s his situation. I don’t know what’s been said or what’s happened between him and the manager. That’s not my place to say, I can’t really comment on something I don’t know too much of. Like I say, it’s his situation and that’s how he’s dealing with it.

“Football’s crazy sometimes. Ronaldo’s the greatest player in the world, you know what I mean, so he must be hurting. But I can’t comment on that situation at the moment.”
