Ikorodu Bois receives special call from Idris Elba after recreating his movie ‘Beast’
Popular British actor Idris Elba has made the dreams of skit-making group, Ikorodu Bois after recreating the “Beast” movie trailer.
The Ikorodu bois comprise a group of talented Nigerians, known for their “low budget” shoot in comparison to its original which ends up captivating their audience.
The group, however, recreated a “low-budget” shoot of the movie, “Beast” which is said to be released in theaters on Friday, August 19.
Upon watching the movie, Idris reached out to them via video call where they showed him their recreation.
In the video call, the kids said it was a dream come true for them to be speaking with Idris Elba.
The movie star stated that he loved it as he congratulated them for the feat before telling them that they are talented.
Taking to their Instagram page, the brothers shared the moment they spoke with Elba.
”We had the chance to show @idriselba our version of #beastmovie and he definitely love it!!!🤩🤩❤️❤️❤️ we love you @idriselba”, the post was captioned.
