“I don’t post Davido online, our relationship is not for you” – Mayorkun [Video]

Well-known Afrobeats singer, Mayorkun has let out a disclosure that he and his former record label boss, Davido are at cool headed with each other.

Against many comments and contrary opinion, the music sensation, Mayorkun decided to clear the air on rumours that they fell out following his exit from DMW.

During an episode of Tea with Tay podcast hosted by actor and show host, Taymesan, Mayorkun said that he has one of the best relationships with the ‘Dami Duro’ crooner.

According to the Betty Butter crooner, he does not talk about OBO online as regularly as some of his colleagues do, because their relationship is between them and not for public knowledge.

He further said that Davido understands the kind of person he is such that if he is angry at him, the DMW boss knows what to do to resolve the situation.

Mayorkun said; “Contrary to what other people think, I have one of the best relationships with him [Davido] because… I feel like he knows me and understands the kind of person I am.

If I dey vex for am, he knows what to do. I am not that difficult of a human being, it’s just that I am not posting Davido everytime like my ‘best friend’ because the relationship is not for you.”
