How girlfriend was ‘served breakfast’ because Wizkid didn’t win Grammy

A die-hard fan of legendary singer, Wizkid broke up with his girlfriend via text after his favourite didn’t win Grammy.

TopNaija reports that Wizkid lost out on two categories he was nominated in; Best Global Music Performance, and Best Global Music Album, with Angelique Kidjo winning one of the awards at the 64th Grammys

However, this didn’t sit well with Wizkid’s fan club as they contend against one another in a series of banter and disappointment, one of which a Nigerian man has reportedly broken up with his girlfriend following the event.

Following the event, a friend of the dumbed girlfriend shared a screenshot of the breakup chat.

In the shared chat, the die-hard fan dumped his girlfriend because he claimed she was disturbing him while he was brooding over Wizkid’s Grammy Award loss.

The man broke up with his girl after she questioned him for not picking her calls.
