“He wasn’t happy about it” — Britney Spears on dating Timberlake

American singer, Britney Spears had some tell all tales to talk about in her relationship with record producer, Justin Timberlake.

In a revelation that has caught quite the media attention, Britney Spears disclosed having terminated a pregnancy during the period of their relationship.

The pair both dated between 1999 and 2002, with the pop star revealing some aspects of their relationship that wasn’t privy to media attention in her upcoming memoir, ‘The Woman in Me.’

In her memoir, Spears shares her experiences, including a significant moment during her relationship with Timberlake.

She revealed,

“At one point when we were dating, I became pregnant with Justin’s baby.”

Britney Spears also expressed that she held deep affections for Timberlake, stating in quote that she loved him “so much” and had anticipated starting a family with him at some point.

However, the bane of the relationship came in the guise of an unexpected pregnancy that challenged their plans.

The 41-year-old artist disclosed that Timberlake’s reaction to the pregnancy was not what she had hoped for.

She recalled,

“He definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”

Despite her love for Timberlake, Spears felt that the decision to terminate the pregnancy was influenced by his perspective on the matter.

The pop star also shared her own sentiment on the matter, stating that, if it were solely up to her, she would not have chosen to undergo an abortion.

She admitted that the experience remains one of the most agonizing moments in her life to this day.
