Guardiola: “I don’t see him as a Manager” — Enzo Maresca

Ahead of Chelsea’s clash with Manchester City, Enzo Maresca has made a bold statement about his former mentor, Pep Guardiola.
While most regard Guardiola as one of football’s top managers, Maresca takes it a step further, claiming the City head coach is beyond mere management.
Reflecting on his time under Guardiola at City, Maresca described the Spaniard as a “genius” who is simply ahead of the pack. “I don’t consider Pep a manager,” the Italian remarked, highlighting the unique influence Guardiola has had on his own coaching philosophy.
Having also played under greats like Ancelotti and Lippi, Enzo Maresca believes Guardiola stands apart from all the rest.
