Excitement as Usher invites Oxlade up stage to perform his hit song at global festival

Up-and-coming Nigerian singer, Oxlade seemed to have gained worldwide recognition as he was given a chance to perform with American singer, Usher Raymond.

The young singer, Oxlade was brought up on stage by the multi-award-winning R&B singer, Usher to perform during the Global Citizen Festival.

At the event held on Saturday, September 24, Usher, while performing on stage, gave fans a surprise by bringing Oxlade up on stage to perform his smash tune ‘Ku Lo Sa.’

Usher also showed love and support to producer cum singer, Pheelz, during his set at the 2022 Global Citizen Festival.

He also invited Pheelz, after Oxlade’s performance, and the crowd went wild in excitement while watching the iconic moment.

The Global Citizen Festival, organized by the Global Poverty Project holds annually as part of the movement to end poverty.

Local and international stars that were tapped to grace the stage are; UK rapper; Stormzy, US singer; Usher, Nigerian singers; Tems, Tiwa Savage, Ghanaian artistes; Sarkodie, Gyakie, Sarkodie, and amongst others.

The event was hosted simultaneously at the Black Star Square in Accra, Ghana, and at Central Park’s Great Lawn in New York City, with top stars like Mariah Carey, Jonas Brothers, and Charlie Puth, thrilling the fans.
