Everton star snubs Chelsea for Conte

Everton star, Richarlison confirmed to be leaving the club.

He is very unpopular with the Liverpool fans, and he just might be unpopular with the Chelsea fans as he sets to snub the Blues for Conte.

The player is none other than Everton’s hitman, Richarlison; a name that is very much frowned at with the Red side of Merseyside.

Chelsea according to reports, had made moves to hijack the Brazilian’s transfer to North London, worth a proposed fee of £60 million.

And rightly so, he was a player that interested Thomas Tuchel and the  Chelsea players, due to his tough man attitude on the pitch.

But Tottenham who learnt their lesson from the January failed bid for Luis Diaz, moved quickly into action to seal the deal with Everton and Richarlison on personal terms.

The deal sees the Everton striker leave Goodison Park for £50 million guaranteed fee with an additional £10 million in added bonuses.

Richarlison who played a key part in Everton’s survival from a relegation battle, leaves the club after signing from Watford in 2018.

The 25 year old has appeared for the Toffees in 135 games and netted 43 times.

He is set to undergo a medical in his home country of Brazil later today to finalize the deal after contracts are signed.

The Brazilian becomes the fourth signing of Conte after Perisic, Bissouma, and Forster, with Barcelona’s Clement Lenglet to be signed next by the Spurs.

In all accounts, Spurs have moved quite ahead of its London rivals in the summer transfer window, as Conte looks set to improve on last season.
