Davido ranks 7th most influential African in the world

Davido is definitely a person of influence and has been ranked as the seventh most influential African in the world.

According to a list of the top 100 most influential Africans curated by Africa Report, Nigerians are well represented with 3 notable Nigerians on the list. Nigerian businessman, Aliko Dangote tops the list, famous poet & writer; Chimamanda Adichie sits on the fourth position while superstar musician, Davido shines at the 7th position.

The report looks at individuals in Africa who control the levers of power across politics, business and the arts: from billionaire barons to unpredictable peacemakers and soft-power superstars.

This wouldn’t be the first time Davido would be attaining an impressive position on a list of influential Africans as he has been recognized previously by compilers of this kind of publication, sitting well inside the top 10.
