Customers drag GTBank over delayed banking migration
Guaranty Trust bank (GTBank) customers have taken to X, formerly know as Twitter lamenting weeks of service disruption by the bank Topnaija.ng report.
This Nigerian News platform recalls that GTBank had earlier announced that their digital services will be unavailable due to their “Transition To A New And Robust Core Banking Application System”.
The transition to a new and robust suite of Finacle Core Banking Application Systems was set to commence on Friday, October 11, 2024, and is expected to be completed by Monday, October 14, 2024.
However as of the time of filing this report, GTBank customers are seen complaining bitterly about not been able to access the banking hall nor transact smoothly.
