Big Brother Naija reality show stars, Mercy Eke and Pere Egbi have stirred reactions online as they unfollow each other.

TopNaija recalls that Mercy Eke and Pere made their relationship official during an interview after the show All Stars edition came to a close.

In an interview about their new ship, Pere Egbi spoke out about what first drew him to his fellow BBNaija All Stars ex-housemate, Mercy Eke.

Mercy’s profound faith and lasting love for God, according to Pere, were among the factors that drew him to her.

For unclear reasons, the two unfollowed each other on Instagram one week after they made their affair public.

This comes after Mercy and Angel unfollowed each other after Mercy’s fans organized a Space session on the microblogging platform X formerly Twitter where they strongly criticized Angel and her mother.

They accused Angel of engaging in promiscuous activities in exchange for money and material things. They also alleged that she ‘followed’ a rich man because she wanted him to gift her a Van Cleef jewellery.

Netizens claimed that the lovebirds unfollowed each other just to chase clout and to take attention away from the actions of her fans.
