Chelsea and Tottenham Managers, Tuchel and Conte receive Ban

The London derby ended up being quite end to end as emotions between Tuchel and Conte, Chelsea and Tottenham’s managers boiled in the closing minutes of the game.

It saw the two tactical geniuses receiving matching orders immediately after full time whistle due to un-sportsmanship behavior from the pair as referee, Anthony Taylor shown Tuchel and Conte Red Cards to separate them.

It was very much the frantic ending for the two London rivals particularly the minute Harry Kane sealed the leveler at 2-2 for the Spurs.

Emotions started to flare when both managers went for the traditional handshake only for both men to refuse to let go with chaos erupting between Tuchel and Conte.

The ensuing melee then had to be separated by the club staff and the intervention of the referee as the crowd cheered on.

According to Sky Sports Journalist, Ben Grounds, the Italian, Antonio Conte was asking Tuchel repeatedly at their full time altercation on what he wanted.

Kalidou Koulibaly’s first half goal started the tension of the game which was then brought to full display the minute Hojbjerg leveled the score line for Spurs leading to Conte celebrating in front of the furious Tuchel who picked issues from it as Kai Havertz was fouled in the build up.

Both tacticians were shown yellow cards initially as a result of the altercation but their second carding came at full time when the two went in for the melee after Kane equalized for Tottenham in the 96th minute.

It proved to be quite the classic game that very much would be documented as it closed the weekend the Premier League celebrated its 30th anniversary.
