Bill To Ban Cross Dressers In Nigeria Resurfaces

Bobrisky, James Brown and other cross dressers are presently on temporary pardon as bill to ban cross-dressing resurfaces.
The deputy speaker, Idris Wase on Tuesday December ordered the sponsor of the bill, Muda Lawal to step down the bill stating that his argument is not convincing enough.
Recall that the bill introduced in April 2022 seek to amend the same-sex marriage(prohibition) act of 2013 by including cross-dressing as one of the offences.
If passed into law, cross dressers risk six months in prison or a fine of five hundred thousand naira.
