To qualify to apply for the award, applicants must hold a First Class Honours first degree or equivalent.
Nationality restrictions
This funding is available to all nationalities.
Other eligibility criteria
This award is available to existing postgraduate students.
Applicants must hold an offer of study at The University of Manchester before applying for this funding.
This award can be held alongside other awards.
Applications are invited for the MIE Taught Master’s Merit Awards from holders of offers for the following programmes:
Digital Technologies, Communication and Education MA
Education (International) MA
Educational Leadership MA
Educational Leadership (part time) MA
Psychology of Education MEd
TESOL MA
Two awards of a 50% tuition fee waiver will be made to successful applicants upon registration on the programme.
To qualify to apply for the award, applicants must hold a First Class Honours first degree or equivalent. Applicants must hold an a conditional offer to be eligible. The offer must be unconditional by Monday 24 June 2019 to be considered.

To apply for the awards, applicants should an online application form which includes a 500 word statement detailing their reasons for studying their chosen master’s programme and their plans for applying their learning following graduation

The closing date for applications for September 2019 entry is Friday 31 May 2019. Late applications cannot be considered.
Your academic offer must be unconditional by Monday 24 June 2019 to be considered.
Decision date
