“He’s impulsive” — Former Agent on Darwin Nunez

Darwin Nunez riled the Liverpool social media space when he deleted every related photo linking him with the club on his Instagram profile. The Uruguayan via his subtle reaction by then had reportedly had enough with the online abuse labeled at him following his poor form this season.

However, the former Benfica player’s agent, Edgardo Lasalvia has reacted to the striker’s recent social media activity while providing insight into Nunez’s mental psyche.

According to Lasalvia, Darwin Nunez had faced similar criticisms and attack in the Uruguay national team before coming out of that phase.

The former agent also revealed why the Liverpool no. 9 had deleted the photos of the club from his profile, defending his former client’s actions as warranted due to the comments on the page.

However, Edgardo Lasalvia stresses that Nunez sometimes can be hot headed and impulsive in his actions.

He said of the player;

“I adore Darwin. Here they killed him [uruguay, they criticized him a lot] and now he is god. He is going to play for Real Madrid and Barcelona. He deleted the photos because they tell him any nonsense. The guy got hot [angry], he’s impulsive.”
