“An uncle sexually harassed me as a teenager” – Actress Temitope Osoba (Video)

Popular Nigerian actress, Temitope Osoba has narrated how she was traumatized as a child. One of her relatives sexually harassed her in her childhood.

During an interview with Biola Bayo on her Talkshow, “Talk to B” the actress opened up on how growing up with relatives was filled with sad and hated experiences. The experience ranged from being arrested by her grandmother to being harassed by her supposed uncle.

Temitope explained that things became worse her uncle started making advances towards her.

The actress also spoke about her recent battle with depression because it was hard to survive as she was not getting called for work.

Temitope said; “My grandmother came one day and arrested me, so I decided not to stay with her anymore. So I started living with my uncle and he started making some advances towards me, trying to harass me sexually. And I told myself, I couldn’t go through this again.

“I suffered from depression after things became difficult for me, I couldn’t meet my needs because people are not calling me for work. I stopped functioning, I no longer take my bath, I can’t eat, brush and all.”
