It takes a lot of commitment for a full bodied man to achieve a feat like success; meanwhile we have witnessed so many physically challenged people who stood out to level the fame.

Here is a profile of people who have made more than the best of their situations despite their disabilities;

Cobhams Asuquo

Cobhams Asuquo is a Nigerian musician, producer and songwriter who branched into music from his professional training as a lawyer. He is currently signed onto Sony ATV (Sony Publishing) London as a songwriter. Although blind, the talented music producer has been able to win awards in his career and is known for producing some of Nigeria’s finest artistes like internationally acclaimed Asa.

Adenike Oyetunde

Adenike is a cancer survivor and amputee who, since her amputation 11 years ago, has dedicated her life to helping and encouraging cancer patients and amputees. She is an OAP at a popular radio station and a lawyer.

In 2006, she was diagnosed with Osteogenic Sarcoma and her leg had to be amputated to save her life. Along the line, she has inspired thousands, raised many and given some the lift they desperately needed – through Amputees United, which she founded to raise funds and provide support to amputees.

Yinka Ayefele

Gospel artiste, Yinka Ayefele was in a major accident that took his two legs several years ago, however he continues to thank God for saving his life. He was involved in a fatal accident on the 12th of December 1997 and since then the Gospel musician has been on a wheelchair.

Despite this, Yinka Ayefele has continued to thrive in the genre of gospel music and he has made a fortune from shows and his album sales.
