Kim Kardashian Back In Paris First Time Since 2016 Robbery

Popular American TV star and Kanye West‘s wife,  Kim Kardashian, has returned to Paris for the first time since been robbed at gunpoint in 2016 during the Paris Fashion Week.

According to her, being there for a short period would help her mentally and it was also important to her and her husband, Kanye West  to make the trip to support one of West’s best friends, fashion designer Virgil Abloh, at his very first Louis Vuitton fashion show since being named the new men’s artistic director. He was also the best man at their wedding.

Kanye reportedly told his wife, “I don’t want to put any pressure on you to go to Paris. I know that was really hard the last time you were in Paris. So, I just think for the culture, for Kim K to show up to the first black designer at Louis Vuitton’s show, who was the best man at my wedding, just the world would just really love to see you there. Be surprised to see you there and love to see you there.”

West was on tour when the incident happened two years ago but this time, was at his wife’s side with extra security. In the hours after the harrowing robbery in which Kim was tied up, naked and placed in the bathtub of her hotel room, Kanye West cancelled his engagements and went back to their Hollywood home to care for her.
