Dele Momodu Confesses Fighting With Davido Was His Biggest Battle Ever

Published

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Eph 6: 12

Going by this scripture, is Mr. Dele Momodu saying that singer, Davido is a Principality or a Spiritual wickedness in high places?

Because according to Mr. Dele, his fight with Davido was his biggest battle ever–even bigger than his fight with Abacha.

You’ll recall a while ago, there was a custody battle between Davido and his first baby mama, Sophie Momodu…and then Sophie’s uncle, Dele got involved.

This later made Davido mention Dele’s name in a track and the whole issue blew out of proportion. Of course the issue was later settle, in an indoor meeting with the Adeleke’s and Momodu’s.

Apparently, that singular incident was the biggest battle Dele Momodu has ever faced.

When I think of all the battles I’ve had to fight, I don’t know whether to laugh or be jealous…

Now, in a video interview making rounds, Dele Momodu said;

“Fighting with David was my biggest battle ever. It was bigger than fighting Abacha because of the blistering popularity of David; he is an extremely popular guy and it was very unfortunate, (the devil is a liar) because a baby was involved; very beautiful girl, Imade.”

“When it happened, I tried my best to avoid a collision with the family because I am very close to the family especially because of Senator Ademola Adeleke. We used to sleep in the same house when I was in exile in London. Whenever Sen. Ademola was around, he would call me and then pick me up to his house and I’ll sleep there and when I need to go back to my own house he would drop me.”

“So when the baby issue came, I didn’t know about it, if Sophie (Davido’s first Babymama) didn’t tell me she was pregnant, I wouldn’t have known, she was able to hide it perfectly from everyone.”
