Zenith Bank customers frustrated over failed transactions, poor service
Zenith Bank, one of Africa’s leading financial organisations, is experiencing issues with some of its customers.
The bank has received several complaints regarding poor customer service and botched transactions involving big amounts of money.
Zenith Bank has had a difficult week, with many customers taking to social media to express their concerns. One complaint that stuck out was from a customer called Johnkennedy Obinna Chigere.
He presented proof of a transaction in which he was debited for more than one million naira but the money never went through.
Even after 24 hours, the funds had not been credited. John Kennedy claimed he called the bank, and they promised to solve it, but nothing occurred.
He’s now threatening to enlist the services of a well-known social media influencer, Very Dark Man (VDM), to raise awareness about the issue. Unfortunately, John Kennedy’s situation is not the only one.
Recently, other Zenith Bank customers have reported identical issues with unsuccessful transactions. People say that money is being withdrawn from their accounts, but the receivers never receive it.
Some consumers report waiting days or weeks for the situation to be resolved, leaving them frustrated and without money.
This has resulted in numerous angry remarks on social media, with customers demanding better service and faster responses from the bank.
Failed transactions like these are becoming a typical issue with Zenith Bank in Nigeria, causing consumers to lose faith in the system.
Many consumers are now requesting that the bank do more to improve its services, fix transaction issues more quickly, and ensure that customers do not continue to experience the same concerns.
