“Your day will come” Emmanuel Emenike inspires followers with throwback photo

Nigerian international footballer who plays as a striker and most recently played for Belgian club Westerlo, Emmanuel Emenike shared before and now photos to motivate his followers.

He merged a throwback photo with a recent photo of him in his luxuriously-furnished home and encouraged his followers not to give up.

“Never stop trying. Never stop believing. Never give up. Your day will come,” he wrote.

Emenike started his football career with Delta Force. He revealed he walked on foot to training and back, even though it could take an hour and a half. He said he didn’t get paid as he played at the club when it was non-professional and were in a low division, the club were also refused funds from the Delta State government.
