Popular Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda has reacted following Marlian Records boss, Naira Marley statement on the death of Mohbah.
TopNaija understands that the rap artist, Naira Marley took to his Instagram page on Tuesday evening, September 26, stating that he had no hands in the death of his former signee, Mohbad.
According to him, he doesn’t have anything to play as a cause either directly or indirectly, as he was surprised by the deceased’s passing.
He also stated that following Mohbad’s death, there have been threats from Nigerians against him.
He added that he and Mohbad had arguments while working together, but they never turned into death threats.
Naira Marley said that he was temporarily out of the country since August 31 but intends to return in response to an invitation from the police, who are now investigating Mohbad’s death and he will completely collaborate with the police team.
He further asserted that he had no need to be a fugitive since he had no involvement in Mohbad’s death, and that the facts surrounding his death will be revealed in due time, and the world would know the truth.
The musician also denied that he is a drug lord and that his record label is a drug gang.
He further said that since leaving the record label in September 2022, he has neither fought Mohbad nor directed anybody to intimidate or harm Mohbad.
