A 55-year-old woman, identified as Ifeoma, collapsed and passed away while giving testimony at the Zonal Accountant Ministry Church in Ejigbo, Lagos, on September 8th. The incident occurred around 8:48 a.m. during the testimony hour.

Witnesses reported that Ifeoma was singing as she began her testimony when she suddenly collapsed. Efforts to transport her to a nearby hospital were made, but she was later referred to the General Hospital in Isolo, where she was pronounced dead.

Lagos State Police spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, confirmed the incident and noted that detectives were dispatched to the hospital. However, they were informed that Ifeoma’s body had already been taken by her family to Anambra State for burial.

The cause of Ifeoma’s sudden death is still unknown, and authorities have not yet decided whether an investigation will be conducted into the circumstances surrounding her passing.
