Winners of Manchester United Season Awards

Manchester United held their annual awards ceremony on Monday, honoring both their senior team and Academy sides for their performances during the 2022/23 season. The event saw several standout players recognized for their contributions throughout the campaign.

Marcus Rashford, the talented striker for Manchester United, was the standout player of the season and was awarded the prestigious Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year. Rashford’s exceptional performances made him the first Academy graduate to win this accolade since Ryan Giggs in 1998. The 24-year-old forward has consistently impressed with his goal-scoring prowess and overall impact on the pitch.

In the women’s team, Alessia Russo was named Player of the Season. Her impressive performances helped Manchester United’s women’s team achieve their best-ever finish in the Women’s Super League.
