Youths of the Living Faith Foundation, AKA Winners Chapel, have stood in support of Labor Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

A video making rounds on social media captured the moment youths threw their weight on Peter Obi at the international Youth Alive Conference held on Thursday night, August 11, at the Church auditorium.

The youths declared their support while dancing energetically.

To back it up, their quoted some scriptures about leadership and energetically pledged to be ‘Obidient and Useful’ — A common slang used by supporters of Peter Obi’s ambition.

Meanwhile, David Oyedepo, the Presiding Bishop of Winners Chapel, while speaking at its monthly leadership conference, stated that obedience is better than sacrifice.

His wife, Faith Oyedepo, urged winners to be obedient in the affairs of the Kingdom (of God).

Bishop Oyedepo, while unraveling the mystery of the covenant of obedience, said: “To be obedient is better than sacrifice. Obedience may be costly but the end result is always priceless.

“When you live your life as a seed, its impact lives for generations after you.”

On her part, Faith Oyedepo stated the need for Christians to be obedient to spiritual instructions to enjoy the good of the land.

She said: “If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it” (Isa. 1:19-20).

Mrs. Oyedepo also urged the church to pray for God’s Spirit to serve and be obedient.
