Will Smith is Human—Tyrese Gibson praises Star

It all happened at the Oscars, and ever since then, the world didn’t want to forget, but for Tyrese Gibson, he comes to defend his bro, Will Smith as a human first thing first before any other.

This comes in response to the Oscar-gate that saw the Hollywood Oscar winner react negatively to Chris Rock’s joke.

Since that moment, the world took on Will Smith, with the star’s movie career on falling on the line, with many of his projects either being canceled or placed on hold. The former Men In Black actor even saw his membership to the Oscars revoked as the public court of opinion painted him Hollywood villain number 1.

But recently, the Suicide Squad actor made a video on his social media handle, giving a public apology to Chris Rock for his negative actions at the Oscars, what Will Smith stressed was never about his wife but him.

It’s this act that has brought forth praises from fellow actor and Fast and Furious star, Tyrese Gibson.

Gibson in response to the public apology, took on to his own social media handle to sympathize, praise and defend the Hollywood star.

In his post, he acknowledged Will Smith as his hero, writing:

“We all just watched a video with ALL HEART that would of never ever been uploaded from anyone on this earth like this but WILL SMITH,” wrote Tyrese. “After 3 months [as so much other STUFF has happened in the world] he’s been paused and put in mental, emotional and traumatic prison. Because when you actually CARE for people how you effect them from your WORDS and CHOICES you lose a LOT of sleep over those very mistakes.”

“Will Smith if you see this message big bro the real ones out here love you and have never ever stopped loving you because we know you are HUMAN,” Tyrese continued. “We also have never stopped loving Chris, his family or Jada or your family… You def broke the internet… But if Suge Knight had slapped someone at the Oscars it would of been in the blogs for 4 days and been over… If [sic] wasn’t the slap or the mistake it was because it was YOU that slapped and made the mistake.”

Tyrese Gibson being one who to drop the one liners, joked about him never having won a real Oscar award but rather a bootlegged version, compared to Smith who has the real deal.

“You’re my forever and ever hero and I thank you for growing up in REAL TIME and showing us what it’s like to be the BIGGEST MOVIE STAR in the WORLD and then showing us ALL that you’re HUMAN and make mistakes too,”

“The difference is most won’t apologize! That’s what always make you the BIGGEST STAR in every room you walk into.”

Definitely, there will be a lot of naysayers not ready to let the Oscar-gate go, but for Tyrese Gibson, he is there for his bro. It’s what the bro-code is all about after all.
