What really killed Mohbad -- Prophet Ariole

“I don’t like worldly musicians but I just picked interest in this one,” General Overseer of Goshen Freedom Tabernacle of Delta State, Prophet Austin Ariole says as he reveals the true forces behind the death of Nigerian artiste, Mohbad.

Though suspicions have fallen on the Marlian gang led by Naira Marley, the clergyman has dispelled the notion of the Nigerian artiste having a hand in Mohbad’s death.

According to Prophet Austin Ariole, the real forces behind the musician’s death can be traced to his village witches.

The clergyman backs his claim by suggesting the witches had seen what promising future Mohbad had before choosing to end his life early to prevent the artiste from achieving anything from life.

During a prayer meeting of the Upper Room team at Goshen Freedom Tabernacle in Effurun, Prophet Ariole expressed his outrage over Mohbad’s death. He criticized the Church, which is traditionally regarded as a place of refuge, for not taking adequate measures to protect the young musician.

Prophet Ariole stated,

“I don’t usually follow worldly musicians, but I took a particular interest in this one. When I was praying last night, God revealed to me that Naira Marley did not kill Mohbad. Witches from his village killed him.”

Prophet Ariole also criticized Mohbad’s father, suggesting that despite people seeking refuge in mountains for the sake of their children, the father did not do enough to protect his son.

He expressed concerns that the father’s focus appeared to be primarily on financial matters related to the burial, rather than addressing the tragedy itself.
