What my husband said after I told him I had miscarriage - Pastor Faith Oyedepo recounts

Pastor Mrs. Faith Abiola Oyedepo has shared a testimony about her husband, Bishop David Oyedepo’s faith, saving her from having a miscarriage.

According to reports, the incident occurred when she was pregnant with their first son and she noticed heavy flow which made her suspect she may have lost the baby.

After informing her husband about the miscarriage, Bishop Oyedepo refused to believe it and declared in faith that it could not happen. He then asked her to serve him food.

Pastor Mrs. Oyedepo took to Twitter to share her testimony, which generated a lot of reactions from people across different religious and orthodox divides.

While some people praised the bishop’s faith and belief, others criticized the act of asking a woman who had just experienced a miscarriage to serve food.

She wrote; “I remember when I was pregnant with our first son, one day I saw blood flowing from me and when my husband returned home, I told him that I had a miscarriage.

Boldly, and without any hesitation, he said, “You can’t have a miscarriage!”, and then asked to be served his meal.”

The couple, who are founders of the Living Faith Church, also known as Winners Chapel, have been known to be strong advocates of faith and have often shared testimonies of miraculous healings and interventions.
