“We’re yet to take delivery of ordered Boeing 737” – Air Peace addresses panic

Nigeria’s Air Peace is yet to take delivery of the Boeing 737 Max 8 it ordered last year, a statement released by its corporate communications manager, Chris Iwarah said on Monday.

The carrier was reacting to safety concerns on its entire fleet following the Ethiopian Airline flight ET302 crash on Sunday.

“We are yet to take delivery of the aircraft as we are still at the design and configuration stage,” Chris Iwarah said in the statement.
